7:00 P.M. Less formal welcome Dinner at the Finca. Explore the grounds, enjoy dancing and drinks into the night.
5:00 A.M. Transitional Sunrise Concert Celebration welcoming J.T. into his first day of the second half of the century, that is his life.
7:00 – 10:00 A.M. Light traditional Mexican breakfast will be served.
12:00 – 4:00 P.M. We will travel to the Mayan Baths and underground pools. Enjoy the natural healing thermal and mineral pools that were used by the ancient civilizations before the Spanish arrived. Lunch is available for purchase there.
6:00 P.M. We will all dress in white with good walking and dancing shoes and go to Hacienda Las Amantes for passed hors d’ oeuvres, drinks and mushroom tea before we walk the streets and square with the mariachi band, finishing at a restaurant/club where food and dancing will be available.
6:00 A.M. Hot Air Balloons will be leaving from the Finca grounds. The balloons have space for the first 60 people who respond and sign up. For info on ballooning, contact J.T. directly. For those that do not go, they can enjoy the Finca with a light traditional breakfast or go into the center to take in the amazing sites and shopping.
12:00 – 7:00 P.M. Tacos are available made by request at the Finca.
7:00 P.M. Formal Birthday Dinner at the Finca La Devocion. The famous Chef and close friend of J.T., Donnie Masterson in collaboration with DEAR MEXICO will bring a special field side , formal dinner experience to us all, with a multi course gastronomical masterpiece. Post Dinner will be a celebration with dancing and party into and through the night with the many amazing DJ’s that J.T. calls, his friends.
7:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. Light Breakfast
12:00 Taco service and check out of the Finca. J.T recommends that you come into San Miguel earlier than the celebration and or stay later, to experience so much more that the area has to offer. If you contact him, he can guide you on hotels and restaurants of his other friends in town and even has discounted room rates for the week prior and post the calibration.
